Not ready for prime time
I loaded a 424-page Italian textbook, and there appears to be no way other than swiping my finger 424 times to get to page 424. GoodReader allows me to quickly access pages deep in .pdf docs. Also, it wont even show a passworded .pdf document. GoodReader will. It was my hope that a one-trick pony like your .pdf reader would do that one trick exceedingly well, Such does not appear to be the case.
